Napoleons cavalry was the bane of the European battlefield. His troops were equipped with first rate blades, manufactured in a state-of-the-art factory dedicated to producing the finest edged weapons of the day. Our 1813 Napoleon Saber takes inspiration from these exceptional swords, with an elegantly curved 1055 Carbon Steel blade and long, wide fuller, culminating in a very sharp, but practical point. The grip is equally well made. Its wrapped in black leather and strongly protected by a stout, brass three bar hilt. The whole package comes with a heavy duty hand polished steel scabbard with dual rings for attachment to a baldric or sword belt.
